We are looking for a place to stay for just one night in July. Two of your suites show availability on the date I want, but seem to require a 2-night stay, but other suites on other dates seem to allow a single night. Why the difference?

Thank you for contacting us. You are correct. Although we have a two-night minimum during the high season, there are instances of single night reservations during that time. That happens when there are "orphan" nights sandwiched between multiple night stays, or when a multiple night stay requires us to switch rooms mid-stay to accommodate the dates requested.
